Our Client Directors work on projects for some of the world’s greatest brands, leading insight, directly with clients, as part of a larger team. We help clients navigate the creative journey from identifying the best idea, to flawless execution and best practice learnings for the next project. Drawing on the world’s largest database, behavioural measures, and extensively validated solutions, we show clients exactly how to develop and optimise creative to stand out, create meaningful impressions and generate sales.

Right now, we are experiencing significant growth in our Media Division, and are looking for a Senior Client Director to join our team. If you have a passion for working with clients to unlock growth for both them and us, we would love to hear from you.

Job Description:

  • Client and project management, including both current and new clients
  • Knows and understands the account strategy to ensure implementation and optimize delivery against the financial plan
  • Support Managers and Directors on new business pitches/proposals, bringing sector insight and support through preparation of materials in particular
  • Look for opportunities with client contacts to cross/up sell across the full media and brand product portfolio
  • Support senior account team members through integration of multiple data sources to generate insight
  • Produce presentation/deliverables, resulting in a memorable delivery of the results, insights and recommendations
  • Managing all areas of large media tracking studies
  • Production and quality control of results
  • Client reporting – analysis reports, workshop presentations etc.
  • Acts as liaison between the client and Kantar on project-related issues and play a key role in client discussions
  • People management (team of 5 employees with various job functions)
  • Coaching client directors on a daily basis with specific emphasis on account handling and technical research skills. In this process providing clear direction and constructive feedback
  • Own budget responsibility

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Client Director role from a research agency or similar where you are used to working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented person
  • You have a master’s degree
  • Preferably knowledge about the Danish media market
  • Intuitive software user/easy to learn new skills (knowledge of GallupPc is an advantage)
  • Ability to support the senior team with client questions, lead generation and insight
  • A “can do” attitude and being a team player
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Keen attention to detail and direct energy to the tasks at hand
  • You speak and understand Danish. You have strong English skills (verbal & and in writing)
